Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Uncommon James pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of your original purchase date. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid USPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your jewelry or apparel in its original packaging and include the packing slip before taping the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized USPS location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your return and issued your refund.
